"The property was a bit out of town 10-15 minutes. However, they do provide a limited shuttle service at no cost. It’s an older property but was very clean. The hotel is built built up the hillside so they shuttle you up and down when requested. The driver for this service is wonderful! The view of the ocean is nice. The food was very good. "

"I paid $700/per night in August 2021 for a suite with a hot tub and private pool. The pool was filthy with hoses coming out when we first checked in. No patio furniture. Maintenance man all over the property fixing pools. Semi private fence around pool. A/C broke 3 times, moving us 3 times. 1 iron in the hotel. Order your food day before only. NO INTERNET. Electric goes out every 30 minutes. Main pool is disgusting. The bartender was the only nice thing about the hotel. Save yourself...

"Maria is the absolute best person to have wait on you during mealtime. She is friendly, helpful, and remembered our breakfast drink orders every morning. She is an absolute gem at the hotel along with all of the other staff. Everyone was extremely kind and willing to help with anything we needed. The PHOS restaurant was absolutely delicious, but I think the staff are what made the trip effortless and enjoyable for us. Thank you!"
