    The villa stands out with its contemporary minimal architecture and extensive outdoor living areas, basketball training court, bio-garden with local vegetables and fruits - spend the vacation of your life in a place where you can enjoy nature, farm fresh vegetables, and prepare your meals with extra virgin olive oil.Newly built (2016), fully enclosed designer villa with a private sea view infinity pool with waterfall, sauna, fitness room, basketball training court and bio-garden

    The outside area is a real highlight. It boasts a huge garden with ½ Basketball court and an infinity swimming pool, equipped with jets for hydro massage and complete with a waterfall. Guests can relax and unwind on the covered sea view terrace, with a barbecue and dining area. Private parking is available on the property.

    Only recently newly built in 2016 and stylishly furnished, the villa features a generous living space of 180 m² and can accommodate up to eight guests.

There is a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. A small landing opens onto the pool area. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two additional guests.
