Receptionist went well beyond what was required of her to correct a booking error. If the hotel manager reads this, the lady in question, I did not get her name, deserves promotion. Hotel facilities are at least the standard of a good 4 star hotel

Pool was dirty with old sun tan oil - very orange and greasy above water line, plus black mould on the grout lines - yuk! Complained to pool manager, who shrugged his shoulders, said it was cleaned at 7am! Pointed this out to night manager who promptly passed to hotel manager. Pool partially cleaned next morning but mould still on grout of pool tiles. Hence we never used the pool! Otherwise lovely hotel, brilliant bar and hotel reception staff.

De kamer groot genoeg, voor Griekse bedden, redelijk, niet keihard. Kleine badkamer en daardoor kleine douche ruimte. Water loopt heel de badkamer door met douchen. Hadden all inclusive, ontbijt goed, lunch matig, diner niet gedaan. Drinken niet lekker ( postmix). Zullen zeker nog een keer boeken, maar dan alleen met ontbijt. Nous avons aimé être proche du port et du centre . Le prix de la 1/2 pension était intéressant ... Le personnel du restaurant est très attentif . Par contre , l'hôtel a besoin de rafraîchissement ( sols et murs !!)! Manque de convivialité ( hall de gare !) côté restauration , niveau cantine ... Bref , malgré les efforts et la gentillesse du personnel , nous ne conseillons pas cet hôtel dans l'état actuel .

Un séjour vraiment très agréable ! Le personnel est top tant à l'accueil qu'en restauration que pour l'entretien ménager. Excellent emplacement, à deux pas d'une des plus belles plages du centre ville et à deux pas d'un parking public où il y a tout le temps de la place. La découverte d'agios Nickolaos peut se faire à pieds. Enfin un hôtel simple chaleureux et confortable. Je recommande !

Great Hotel

For the price the accommodation, food and services was excellent. Was a little apprehensive at first but would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel. We were on a half board basis and the evening food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also good. Staff were excellent and helpful with the bed linen and towels changed daily. On the negative side the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working also no soap dish. Just minor niggles. There is a pool but it was out of action so cannot comment.

Hotel lacking food

The room was okay, but the front desk service was lacking. The person there made it sound like we had to buy our own breakfast, although it was included in the price of our stay. Also, the hotel looked kind of sad with no restaurant or bar- we had to go to a sister hotel around the corner of breakfast.

Hôtel fermé pour ses clients !

Difficile d'évaluer un hôtel quand on trouve porte close. Toutes les vitres du rez-de-chaussée étaient occultées et une affichette indiquait que l'hôtel n'était pas encore ouvert et qu'il fallait s'adresser à l'hôtel Santa Marina. Pourquoi faut-il attendre d'être devant la porte de l'hôtel pour apprendre qu'il est fermé ? A quoi servent nos coordonnées si ce n'est pour être informé ? Et, accessoirement où est situé l'hôtel Santa Marina ? Ca n'est donc pas très sérieux. Heureusement, avec Internet, nous avons trouvé l'emplacement de l'autre hôtel, qui nous a accueilli pour notre nuit.
