"One of the best apartment-hotel stays we’ve ever had! AVAL has all the amenities you’d need and extremely helpful and responsive staff. The terrace and pool spaces are lovely and peaceful, the wi-fi was great, and even the room temperature stayed cool despite the hot weather outside. The manager Yannis was attentive and provided us with detailed information about nearby restaurants, markets, and places to go. and went above beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. "We stayed here for the last 3 days, traveling in from the states while we waited for our sailing trip to begin and get adjusted to the time change (10 hrs). The home is comfortable and relaxing, we didn’t bring a car so we were able to take uber taxi into town for groceries and can even walk to the local Mythos Tavern to eat. Be warned that the roads to get up to the house are VERY steep but did not seem to be a problem for the taxi’s or the transport vehicles. The pool was perfect for the children (we brought 7 kids aged 7-15). We would definitely stay here again, and I can’t overstate how perfect the view is from the veranda. "
