Nothing beats CASA GRANDE and the STAFF! Excellent service, amenities, food, pool, etc. it’s our third time and will never change! We booked our entire trip based on the hotel’s availability. It’s an excellent hotel 100/100!!!

I was nervous about this resort reading prior reviews. We were upgraded on check in to a sea view room, it was beautiful. The front desk staff were all very helpful and answered all my questions. Our check out was later on in the evening and the hotel gave us towels and a place to store our bags so we could enjoy another beach day. They also have a shower stall near the lobby. We used the loungers next door at yialo yialo for 30 euro each front row, 25 euro each for second row and back. Hotel transport contacted us via what’s app to arrange transfers. To town was 35 euro each way. From airport it was 40 euro. Breakfast was continental style buffet, a variety of choices. The beach and location were gorgeous. If you’re booking a budget room then expect that, that’s the same for any resort. If you book the sea view you should have no complaints. This was a great hotel for us (middle aged mom and teen daughter).

The room we got was incredibly small with no privacy or separate bathroom space to shower. If you're not a couple or intimately affiliated, it's an extremely tight squeeze. Additionally, there was a plumbing issue in our room. A leak by the toilet and the sink was backed up. Outside of those few things, the stay was pleasant. I would make it a point to keep the visit short. The staff was sweet, we felt safe, and it was centrally located. I would stay again for a short duration.

We only stayed for one night in Mykonos and we decided it's better to book an hotel close to the port. It was the best decision to book this hotel. The staff was phenomenal, very helpful and nice, giving us all the necessary info about the room, amenities and town. They provided free shuttle from and to the port. They even took our bags up the stairs to our room. The breakfast menu was very good, great variety, good coffee, good pastries. The room was in pristine condition, we had a balcony with the view of the port. The room and bathroom were very big, clean and nice decorated. They had a nice pool. The hotel has a feeling of a small resort with an interior court, pool, restaurant, a nice terrace and lots of plants all over the place. I recommend this hotel.
