"My wife and I stayed here for our 10-year anniversary trip, and we absolutely loved it! The room was very comfortable, and the view was incredible. We spent a lot of time on our balcony just soaking in the gorgeous views. The Wifi was fantastic, which was very important to me, as I unfortunately had to work every night. The location was really great as well! Lithovatis Beach is a very short walk, with crystal clear water for snorkeling, and we always managed to grab a nice spot. The town of Agia Effimia was also a short walk, with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. They provided clean beach towels, pool towels, beach umbrellas, and my wife even picked out books to read. The hotel also has a great menu of grocery items, spa items, and souvenirs to purchase. Parking was never an issue, as we always had a spot to park at the hotel. Breakfast was extremely delicious every morning, and we loved the Mnistires restaurant downstairs. We must have gotten room service every day. The pool was also beautiful, and we really enjoyed laying by the pool with a cold drink. We absolutely loved our stay and the next time we are in Kefalonia, this is the only hotel we will stay in :)"

"Quiet and clean though the sun beds aren’t as comfortable as they could be and no outdoor/pool/beach towels are provided. Bathrooms are cosy/small and no bath in the property. Some of the blackout shutters didn’t firmly lock closed."

"We had a fantastic stay - the delicious breakfast every morning was a highlight, as well as the beautiful apartment with views over the water. Popi was very helpful and communicative and Assos is a lovely place to be for a few days away! The villa itself is lovely and well designed. "

"The property was great and the location amazing. We used the pool every day and there were lots of beautiful beaches to visit as well as the towns of Assos and Fiskardo. There were 5 people in our group but the extra bed provided was completely unsuitable for an adult which resulted in my 20 year old son having to sleep on a couch with was too short for him. The mattresses on the beds were also very hard and uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep on them. All these things would be easily sorted with a bit of investment. "

"Wonderful location and very nice villa with beautiful pool, only let down by the equipment. The upstairs beds are almost unusable and there is minimal kitchen equipment - very little for cooking and nothing like enough plates and glasses etc. The fridge still leaks (as it did a couple of years ago) and the dishwasher is small and ineffective. On the plus side the aircon is very effective."

"There were some ups and downs. The good: the view from the pool area and the pool are great; location for the thing we wanted to do was perfect; check in and directions were exceedingly easy. The less good: the bathrooms are super small, including the one upstairs that has a virtually unusable shower; cleanliness upon arrival was poor, to the point where we contacted the management company after cleaning it ourselves; be prepared to bring everything you need yourselves as nothing was provided. No welcome items other than one bottle of water, no extra toilet paper, no welcome bits and pieces,not even salt/pepper, and no towels to use around the pool (with a note telling you not to use the one towel each person is assigned). The price point and the service level did not match, in our experience. if you want a nice view, good location, great pool deck, it's a good choice. if you like homey touches and warmth of a family run place, and/or are bothered if the place is a little less than clean, you may be a little bothered, as we were. But overall, it was pretty good."

"Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. "
