"We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the 2 queen room was and how comfortable the beds were as well. This was a very convenient location for a very affordable rate, we will stay here again if we are back in this area."

10/10 Excellent
"Large studio just a few blocks to campus in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes. The only downside was the train horn waking us up several times throughout the night. "
"It’s always a great place if you are visiting campus. Very A&M vibe. Don’t recommend if you are a Longhorn lol. Pillows were a little weird—some were like bricks and some were way too squishy"
"Everything was absolutely amazing until the people in room next to us went down to eat breakfast at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning. Their family dog barked constantly for more than 20 minutes until they returned to their room."

"Wow! Perfect CS property. The house is amazing, well stocked, and clean. The early check in time and late check out was definitely a perk along with many other amenities. This was the perfect location for our son’s graduation. We loved the Aggie theme, obviously. Thanks so very much! Highly recommend!!"
"Room was very clean and the ac worked great. No excessive dust/allergens, was able to sleep comfortably. The beds are full size (not queen) so it’s a little on the smaller side. The surrounding area is very peaceful and you can easily walk to dining/shopping and it’s a short drive to A&M. Clean pool and lobby is stocked with incidentals such as food and medicine. Great place to stay on a budget without compromising on comfort or safety. "
"Absolutely Loved this place. Boutique hotel with a Texan twist. Loved the smell of the hotel a nice leather aroma. It’ll going to be the place we stay every time we visit College Station! "
"A great place to stay and felt lucky it was still available for our needs. Everything we needed was close by, the cost to stay was so much better than a hotel, the neighborhood was quiet, as well. This would be the perfect place to stay for football game on game day!! We have no complaints. Would stay again if we ever get down to College Station. "
