Located in Agel, in the Hérault department, this gîte immerses you in the authentic atmosphere of the Minervois-Caroux region. Just a few kilometers away, the medieval town of Minerve invites you to step back in time, while Saint-Chinian and Bize-Minervois charm visitors with their markets, wines, and rolling landscapes. Hiking, swimming in the river, visiting vineyards, or strolling through the Brian gorges: the area abounds with activities for all tastes. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, pod coffee machine), a welcoming dining room, a living room with a smart TV and foosball table, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190 cm) Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190 cm) Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (90x190 cm) + pull-out bed (possibility of two additional children; please inform the booking center). Outside, the private, enclosed garden allows you to fully enjoy sunny days with a barbecue and griddle. The private swimming pool (8x4 m, 1.70 m deep), secured by an alarm, is open from May 1st to October 1st. Private parking is available. Pets are accepted under certain conditions (please contact the booking center). Heating is available at an extra cost in winter.
