The "Les Paradores" residence is a secure complex with private parking for each unit and a shared private swimming pool.

This residence comprises small semi-detached villas, some on one level and others with an upper floor.

Located in the heart of a pine forest, you'll enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation, yet be close to everything.

The nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, is a 15-minute walk away via a path through the pine forest. There you'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagent/tobacconist, greengrocer, mini-market, restaurants, and beach bars.

You can also enjoy water sports on this beach, including jet skiing, towed inflatables, banana boats, pedal boats, and more.
The port center is a 15-minute walk away.

The agency is a 10-minute walk away.

This 42 m² semi-detached villa sleeps 4 and is air-conditioned. It is located in a gated and secure complex with a shared swimming pool. East/West facing with views of the pine forest.

The living room features a sofa bed (140 cm), a view of the terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen (microwave, 4-burner gas hob, oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher), and a dining area.

A ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe/storage.

On the mezzanine level, you'll find a single bed (90 cm) and a desk, as well as another bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), a wardrobe, and a closet.

A large shaded terrace with a table and chairs provides direct access to the footpath and the pine forest.

A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

TV (French digital terrestrial channels).

Both fans are available (ground floor and first floor).

Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.

Free Wi-Fi is available during July and August.

Sheets, towels, and dish towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if needed.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
For towels: €10 per person.

Baby cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is your responsibility. If you wish to purchase the cleaning service for this apartment, it is €105.

Zu eng, nicht sauber, zu dunkel

Anlage war ok. Unterkunft nicht sauber. Wir haben beim kehren und wischen Schrauben und Deckel unter dem Bett und hinter den Türen entdeckt. WLAN hat nur manchmal funktioniert. Angestellte nett, Einrichtung einfach.
