The main living area features a convertible sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a television. The kitchenette is equipped with a compact fridge, a microwave, a two-burner stovetop, and everything needed to prepare your meals.

At the back of the apartment, you will find a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. Storage cupboards complete the layout.

For your comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. Two high stools are also provided; they can be used outdoors at the bar counter at the end of the terrace or indoors at the counter beneath the television, allowing you to make the most of the space even on rainy days.
