The staff was great! However, the rooms lack a lot of amenities. For example, no microwave, no pan in paper no telephone service, no way to contact the front desk.

I’ve stayed here twice before and always enjoyed my visits, which is why I booked again for my 40th birthday. While the location in Brickell remains excellent and convenient, this stay didn’t meet the high standards I’ve come to expect. Our Corner King Plus room felt worn—the furniture was chipped, the sofa wasn’t well cleaned, the floor didn’t look freshly mopped, and there was dirt in the corners and residue in the shower. It lacked the polished feel I’ve experienced before. We reported the issues the next morning because we were super tired. Staff offered housekeeping but not an upgrade, despite being told we qualify if available. There was also a language barrier at the desk, which made communication harder than usual. For such a special occasion, I definitely expected more and was very disappointed. I still value this hotel’s location and amenities, but I hope the service and upkeep improve for future stays. Huge thanks to Justin who helped us with our bags, he was the kindest!

Loved the hotel. Joshua the receptionist was absolutely fantastic and had so many great recommendations. The beach was so perfect for a relaxing weekend. Thank you nobu Miami.

Very helpful welcoming staffs

The helicopter noise over the top of the hotel was very noticeable! At one point in the late night we actually thought a helicopter was going to land in our room. Although it was a good location to grab the Wall Street ferry.
