"Had short five night stay here. Overall it was excellent. We were on an all inclusive basis. Our room was a very large king bed room not with a pool view and was overlooking a walkway down to the beach. This was not a problem as there area is generally quiet and for the amount of time we actually spent in the room the extra cost of a pool view was not worth it. The choice of food was excellent. "Check in was the worst I have ever experienced, he was rude and made me feel like a nuisance, I got escorted to a cash point because it cost 100 diram minimum to use the card machine, only for the cash point to give me 5x100 notes (66) 😂😂 he almost shouted at me, I told him keep the change mate. The property was basic but ok, the waiters and cooks do deliver world class service. Overall I would recommend this place I just feel that the reception staff should learn from the waiters and cooks....
