You have a personal balcony. The roof terrace of approx. 85 square meters is used by all residents of the house. About 4 mins to Agadir center, about 6 mins by taxi to Marina Beach Agadir. About 5 mins to the souk (market). About 20 minutes from the airport by taxi.
Very quiet family environment. Perfect for the vacationer who would like to spend quiet time in their own apartment.
