"I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Hamilton Agadir. The room was in very poor condition: the bed was extremely hard, the bedding did not feel clean, and the bathroom was old, poorly maintained, and smelled bad. The towels looked more like old rugs than hotel towels, there were not enough provided for the family, and there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival.
When I asked reception for clean towels, I was told that the person responsible for towels was not there, which is not acceptable for a hotel service. The reception area was also very smoky because it is next to the bar, and I did not appreciate exposing my children to that environment.
What disappointed me most is that the pictures on the website are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all.
The experience was so unpleasant that I had to leave the hotel the very next morning and did not stay for the remaining nights I had originally booked. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment."
