Tutto bene

Hotel di "lusso" per Afyon. Stanze molto grandi, confortevoli, ben insonorizzate. Ottimo letto. Comodo l'accesso interno al ristorante "steakhouse", uno dei pochi ristoranti di Afyon dove servono alcolici. Palestra tenuta bene con macchinari in ordine. Non ho usufruito della piscina o della Spa. Colazione abbondante con cibo tipicamente turco. PS: la spremuta d'arancia vera si paga a parte. Quando vado vado ad Afyon è una delle mie scelte preferite; peccato che il prezzo riservato agli utenti hotels.com (expedia), sia circa il doppio rispetto al prezzo praticato alle aziende turche.

4 gün corner suite odada konakladık. Banyoda termal su vardı süperdi. Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar ve yatak çok rahat ve büyüktü. Spa ve termal bölümler muhteşemdi. Herkes güler yüzlü ve nazikti olabildikleri kadar. Herkese tavsiye edebiliriz. Biz yine gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Very clean place. Thermal water was great. Food is good could be better. My problem was with pillows, very bad quality (polyester) they offer different types and when I called to send me orthopedic type, I got similar to the one I have in the room

Facilities including the spa and pools were excellent. Overall the cleanliness was not bad, but not brilliant either. Language is an issue unless you're a Turkish speaker. Booked for a spa treatment which wasn't available because of covid, but wasn't informed until after I was provided with a different one - I wouldn't have bothered with it had I known. Some staff very friendly but most were functional. Similarly, some food was great, some was average. Bottles of water were not provided following a room clean. Location relative to Afyon was good.

絢爛な温泉ホテル

トルコで最大規模の温泉ホテル　シーズンオフ（12月の平日）にもかかわらずトルコの年配の方でいっぱいでした。夕食は1時間ほどたたないと席が取れないほどです。肝心の温泉は塩分の強い熱めの41℃ほどで快適　正面にアウトレットやショッピングセンターがあり便利（徒歩7～8分）オトガルからバスで15分ほど（タクシーで30リラ位）

Great facility not only for families with kids but for others willing to relax too.Expect some difficulty in communication if you're not speaking turkish,but overall an execellent facility,warm friendly attitude from staff and also a very convenient location near a shopping area.

Oteldeki 2. konaklamamız ilk geldiğimdeki yemek kalitesi sorunu devam ediyor zaten o konuda bir beklentiyle gelmedik. Otelin oda konforu spası havuzu çalışanların ilgisi temizliği mükemmel AMA rahatlamaya gevşemeye geldiğimiz bu mükemmel tesisteki bizi geren sıkıntıya gelirsek ramazana 1 gün kalmış olmasına rağmen ve opsyonel bir durum (extra olarak alıyoruz sonuçta) olmasına rağmen “ramazan nedeniyle” içki satışı yapılmadı. Yönetim kararıymış saygı duyalım ama otelin odasını satarken bu durum belirtilmeliydi. Otelde müslüman olmayan misafirlerde vardı herkes tepki gösterdi 5yıldızlı bir tesisin böyle birley yapması için genel konseptinin muhafazakar olması lazım insanlar ona göre tercih yapar. Otelden genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Ancak wifi çok kötü özelikle belirtmek istiyorum. Odamızda sürekli kopuyordu dağıtıcılar yeterli değil. Açık büfe çeşitliliği yetersiz başka gittiğim tesislere kıyasladığımda. Masaj gibi ek hizmetler çok fahiş fiyatta. Haricinde otelin çalışanları olsun, temizliği ve hizmeti olsun çok memnun kaldık...
