With two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a sunroom, Sonos speakers (never miss out on the game!), and ADA/accessible features with an accessible dock, this delightful abode promises a comfortable, accessible, and inclusive stay. Let us provide you with a glimpse of what you can expect during your getaway:

Features: ADA/accessible ramp to the dock, gated community, private covered swimming dock, SONOS speakers system, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking supplies, Nespresso machine, washer and dryer, AC and heating, self check in, sun room, bath towels, crisp linens, and basic toiletries/house cleaning essentials.

This home offers a clean and updated interior, adorned with charming English-inspired decor and modern amenities. The cottage features two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests, along with cozy bedrooms that provide a restful night's sleep. The sunroom invites you to bask in the warmth of the sun while enjoying panoramic views of a lakefront sunset.

- Gated Community with Private Parking: An ensured quiet, safe, and comfortable stay. Pull through style driveway offers easy parking for up to 24’ boat and trailer. Property is 10 minutes from the public boat launch (locations and directions in house book). Quiet times are from 9:00 PM until morning.

- Boat dock: Jump into the lake from our private boat and swimming dock. The dock is covered and equipped with a swimming ladder.
Boat slip includes a hydrolift boat lift that fits up to a 26’ V-hull boat (slip available by request only for an additional fee)

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up delicious meals in our modern kitchen, complete with all the appliances and utensils you need to unleash your inner chef.

Weekend At the lake

Absolutely adorable cabin that was extremely comfortable. Very relaxing, and extremely safe. Boat traffic caused minimal waves so we were able to enjoy the dock. Neighbors are friendly, and area is peaceful. The cabin has unique decor that helped the relaxing atmosphere.

A cozy place of rest

The place was very clean and quiet. It has excellent view through the big windows and was very pretty early in the morning for a quiet time. The property has attracted boat loading dock and it was very refreshing to have a short walk to there and enjoy the beautiful lake! Overall, our stay was very enjoyable short vacation for our couple.

Perfect Location for a get away

The picture on listing does not do the justice, the house is very nice and is located in a very quiet gated community. The host is very responsive. We were here for a vacation and family visit and it was exactly what we wanted. Strongly recommended. Will come back and stay again.

Fabulous, Immaculately Clean Cabin

Cabin is located in a very nice, quiet, gated community. Immaculately clean. It has a log cabin feel but literally had everything you would need for your stay. Kitchen was well-equipped, bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/body wash and even some of the commonly forgotten items (q tips, makeup wipes etc). The beds were comfy and living room was perfect for watching football and playing card games. The back deck did have chairs. We saw a beautiful orb weaver web every night on the patio. Just don’t walk into it ;)! Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and clean

This is a nice property, clean, well-kept and very quiet (we were there for weekdays and the closest house was empty). I need to note that it is set well back (100 yards or so) from the lake. HOWEVER, the few houses closer to the lake are spread out and so still has a good view, and of course you can walk down to the dock that comes with the property. The gated community doesn't get much traffic and one feels very safe. While I gave the view 4 stars, I am giving 5 stars overall for things like a pretty well-stocked kitchen and extras like a tube of Neosporin in case of accidents!!

If you’re thinking about renting this charming house, do it and pull the trigger now. Spectacular all around and Mary and Will were fantastic hosts. Recommend highly!Boat house and lift were a great bonus!

Grand Lake

We rented the property to celebrate Independence Day. The property is in a great location and very clean. I would definitely rent again. If you have small children, ask if the owner could temporally remove the delicate/breakable decor in the home.
