  • Great location on lake with dock!
    4 bed 2 bath,

    Sleeps 11, Nice Kitchen and
    3 car driveway.

    Bedroom 1 master suite with king size bed and Jacuzzi tub for 2, single shower.
    Bdrm 2-1 Queen bed,
    Bdrm 3-1 Queen, 1 full w/ single on top,
    Bdrm 4-1 queen

    Deck on back of house is covered and screened in with lights and fan.

    Plenty of seating. Plenty of room for entertaining inside and out.

    Lake front property is located in large cove with plenty of room for water sports.

    Dock has one fishing boat slip available for use and both sides of dock for other water craft.

    Flagstone fire pit with chairs.

    Close to resturants by land or water.

    Indian hills cafe less than 10 minutes by water at Bernice bridge. Good breakfast.

    Juans Mexican restaurant and separate bar at Red Arrow less than 5 minutes by land or water. Newly built restaurant 2026

    Monkey island 15 minutes by water. Eddys and the Anchor resturants. Game room, pickle ball courts, tennis, virtual games and much more. Great for family fun!

    Holiday weeks will require a minimum of 4 days that include the holiday). No partial booking well be accepted.

Parking in front only!'if you need additional parking, contact owner. Front drive and yard can park 4 vehicles.
No diving off dock. The dock is 5 to 6 feet deep during summer. Great for swimming and children.
Please remove sheets, pillow cases and place in laundry room with towels please.
