I arrived to the property prior to check in times and informed them that I would be returning late so I wouldn’t be considered a no show. She said that was perfectly fine. They were 24 hours. When I arrive to check in. I stopped at the kiosk for 15 minutes with No assistant. I had to call the number, at least five times in order for them to respond, and even after I waited another 15 minutes until someone was able to help me on the kiosk. Aside from that. The property itself is great very clean and well-maintained.

The pool was so cold and it never warmed up. The hotel is not really walkable to Disney no shuttle either. Other hotels have their own shuttles. With little kids you end up spending a fortune on rides since it’s a long walk back. There are no restaurants close. The elevator was broken all week. No refreshments after breakfast. Overall I would say find something that has a shuttle or is near harbour blvd.
