Villa 'New Serenity Aegina' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

New Serenity Villa occupies the two upper floors of Serenity Villa, set on a small hill in Aeginitissa, Aegina, just a 3-minute walk from an organized sandy beach with a beach bar and one of the island's best tavernas. It offers a fantastic sea view and magical sunsets, in a quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes by car from the picturesque fishing village of Perdika and 10 minutes from Aegina port.



The 86 m² home sleeps up to 4 guests. The main floor has a bright living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a WC. The large veranda with outdoor dining table faces the sea and is perfect for watching the sunset.



Upstairs are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with A/C and balconies with sea views, plus a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.



Guests can also enjoy the garden with a stone BBQ, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi, free parking and a private entrance. A baby crib and high chair are available on request, and the villa features a television, fans and a dedicated workspace. Self check-in is offered for your convenience.



The home is on two levels with stairs, and the garden with BBQ may be shared with guests of the ground-floor apartment. A car, taxi or bus is recommended for shopping and exploring the island.



From here you can easily visit the Temple of Aphaia, Saint Nectarios monastery, ancient olive groves and pistachio farms, or take a boat trip from Perdika to Moni island and enjoy fresh fish at the village tavernas.
