"After we had our booking confirmed and our trip fully planned around it with flights purchased and other hotels booked before it, we come to know that the owners of the apartment cancel our booking due to a "technical issue". They probably rented the place to someone else for a higher price!! I requested their help to arrange another accommodation for us but they didn't care and I ended up being forced to rent another apartment in the last minute for more than double my budget."

My only complaint is that it is in a VERY busy area and parking is scarce. We parked in a 24/7 staffed garage a couple blocks away.
