"The location was excellent, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The hotel has two good-sized pools and a wide variety of food options. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish-themed Levant restaurant, which was a highlight of our stay. However, the Indian-themed Green Curry restaurant was disappointingly poor.
The room was clean, comfortable, and met the standard expected of a five-star hotel, with all the basic amenities. That said, we were surprised that the hotel was unable to provide an iron on request, which seems like a basic service for a resort of this standard.
The staff were a mixed experience. Some were friendly and helpful, while others came across as quite rude. A significant issue was that many staff members, including some in senior management, had very limited English. This led to frequent miscommunication and unnecessary frustration, which is disappointing for a hotel that caters to international guests.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay thanks to the beautiful location, impressive views of the Turkish Mediterranean coastline, and good facilities. However, the language barrier among staff detracted from the experience and made even simple requests more difficult than they should have been."
