"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. "I’ve been there on the first week of October. After reading other’s clients reviews about how bad is this hotel, I was a bit scared that I’m gonna have a bad experience.
