"We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Villas, we were there for 2 nights. The room was a cave in the rocky wall, very authentic! Tthe staff was very helpful, especially Helena. She helped us with local recommendations and how to find transportation. Know that there are steep steps to get to the “apartment “, this is not your average hotel room. The views are amazing. The breakfast was great, you get to order certain things from a prearranged menu. The downfall is they only start at 8:30 and they deliver it to your room, if you plan to leave earlier it may not be available. The first day we waited about an hour but in the end it worked it out ok. The location is great, walking distance to Fira with beautiful caldera views, took us about 2.5 hours to hike to Oia. Not an easy hike, but definitely worth it. Thank you Sunny Villas for having us!"

"We arrived early and were able to use all facilities and pool while luggage was stored. It is walking distance to old towne and a lot of great eateries close by. "Lovely stay for a solo birthday trip. Large resort, decent sized pools with plenty of loungers although they get taken quickly each morning. Really attentive pool staff for drinks each day. Spa facility was fantastic and better than expected. Initially given the wrong room and was a bit tired but moved after 1st night. Fairly basic but comfortable and everything needed for the stay with a decent balcony overlooking the pool/coast. Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly and attentive. Nice options for the buffet dinner as well as the ability to select 3 other bookable restaurants for 3 courses...very nice touch and breaks up eating in the same place each night. Convenient for a short taxi to old town and walkable to local shops. Had a late flight so once checked out i was able to use the facilities and food/drink for the rest of the day and spa facilities to get refreshed before the airport which was a really nice and helpful touch."
