A lady out front stopped me saying “sir you don’t wanna keep your baby here, there’s rats” man at front checked us in with no questions so my wrong card got charged. When I checked out the next morning the front desk lady was on her phone talking to someone that wasn’t working sounded like a friend and just stared at me waiting for me to say something is was of holding her call. WILL NOT stay here again."
