"The key issue was that the host switched our unit location days before our arrival and sold it as an upgrade. However, the new apartment was located in a sketchy area near the train station and it was a 30-minute walk to the old Bari area instead of a 10-minute walk of the location I booked. As our last day of our holiday, it was disappointing to not feel safe walking back to the apartment and having to walk three times the expected distance.
