Holiday Home 'Cortijo Ideal Para Familias' with Private Pool, Terrace & Garden

  • Located in Adra, this 70 m² house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will have your own TV and a fan for comfort, as well as step-free access and an adapted interior throughout the property. The house is close to public transport and the beach.



    Step outside to enjoy the private garden, open terrace, and private outdoor pool—perfect for relaxing under the Spanish sun. There is also a private barbecue and outdoor shower, ideal for al fresco meals and cooling off after a swim. A shared playground is available for children.



    The property offers 5 shared parking spaces on site. Up to 4 pets are allowed, and smoking is permitted. Events are allowed as long as the number of guests does not exceed the reservation; entry is not permitted to anyone not listed in the booking. You will also have access to a shared pool table for your entertainment.



    There is a video surveillance system on the premises, located on the roof of a building about 10 meters from the main house. This system remains deactivated during your stay.
