"Everything was excellent, unforgettable trip to a beautiful place"

"Kitchen could use more kitchenware items such as cutting board and baking pans. Rooms were clean. The water pressure was weak, could be because we were on the 6th floor, parking was great because no meter enforcement on the weekend. "

"Hot tub and pool area were in good condition and clean. Clean room. Breakfast was not that good. Hot food was cold and the bagels were hard. Staff were pleasant. We would stay again. "

"Pool had no towels one of the days at 10 am. Told the staff we needed towels. Said they would have housekeeping drop some off. Never happened, at least not in the next half hour...Same with the room. Called front desk to get more towels. Were told they would bring some up for our second day. Never happened. Stopped at front desk and was told that they need 24-hour notice...There was a sock on the ledge of the pool for the duration of our three-day stay, so what does that tell you in regards to attention to detail and how much they clean/check on things? Also, we were wondering why we didn't have many dishes in our cupboards. Well, that's because the dishwasher was full!...This is an expensive place that shouldn't have these issues."

"Room was really nice, clean, updated, and comfortable bed. Location was great to be within walking distance to the lift bridge and local shops. Would stay here again!"
