Anruf bei Verwaltung bei Besichtigung der Wohnung:Küche sehr verdreckt. Vermieter kam selbst nach Anruf vorbei und hat es sich angeschaut. Nur ein Abtrockentuch und nur einen gebrauchten Spüllappen für 8 Tage.Türgriffe in der Küche und in der Wohnung schmutzig.Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher schmutzig.Es gab keine kleinen Küchenmesser und auch keine Schneidebretter.Nur 2 Kaffeelöffel.Ein Sammelsurium von Geschirr und Möbeln aus den 70iger Jahren. Lieblose Einrichtung. Keine Anleitung für den Herd und Fernsehen. Küchenlicht wie in einer Hütte, viel zu dunkel.Dafür gleißendes Licht im Flur, was auch noch automatisch angeht, wenn man nachts ins Bad muss. Spinnweben in den Ecken von Küche, Flur, Bad, Toilette, Wohnzimmer.Garderobe genau einen Hake.Dusche lief nicht ab, weil seit Wochen/Monaten nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Heizkörper voll mit Staub. Nirgendwo Nachtischlampen.Das Fernsehen war auf französisch eingestellt. Ohne Anleitung und mit einer kaputten Fernbedienung kaum zu bewältigen. Empfang oft schlecht, pixeliges Verschwimmen und Aussetzern. WLAN funktionierte oft nicht. Im Wohnzimmer brach es regelmäßig ab. Kein Kinderstuhl.Keinen Wäscheständer. Garderobe - nur einen Haken.Für diese Mängel etc. zu teuer. Zu zweit haben wir zu Beginn unseres ersten Urlaubstages mit Absprache der Verwaltung 1,5 Std. selbst geputzt und Putzmittel dafür einkauft. 100 hat die Verwaltung uns von 121,97 zurückerstattet.
Küche Die Glasplatte zwischen Herd und Schrank haben wir mit 🧽 und starkem Putzmittel nur mit Mühe einigermaßen reinigen können.
Spülmaschine auch innen und die Ränder gereinigt
