A charming character façade and gated driveway welcome you to Wayville House, with parking for two cars before entering through a grand hallway showcasing polished hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and intricate heritage detailing. At the front of the home sits a spacious, formal dining room, creating a refined setting for shared meals or relaxed evenings. This space connects to the first living room, filled with natural light and classic charm, complete with elegant furnishings and a grand piano that adds to the home’s historic atmosphere.
Further along the hallway, the home opens into a second, open-plan living and dining space with a comfortable lounge and TV, flowing into a spacious kitchen designed for relaxed family cooking. With generous bench space, quality appliances, a coffee machine, and a butler’s pantry for extra storage and preparation, the kitchen makes it easy to gather, cook, and share meals together.
The bedrooms along the hallway offer comfortable proportions, old-world charm, and wardrobe storage. The primary suite features a super king bed, along with its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. The main bathroom features a bath, a separate shower, and double vanity.

Please note that all indoor fireplaces are decorative and not functional. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
