The Space:
The floorplan incorporates 4 bedrooms, the main with built-in robe and ensuite with large spa bath and private balcony, a huge modern kitchen with quality appliances, luxurious bathrooms, a cleverly concealed laundry, 2 spacious living/dining areas and a huge rumpus room retreat on the top mezzanine floor.
The generously proportioned interior flows effortlessly from the private rear mediterranean courtyard through to the open-plan living spaces and kitchen, to the large balcony outdoor deck area, from where you can admire the stunning ocean and coastline views.

As this section isn’t fully enclosed, we kindly ask that you keep an eye on your pets while enjoying the space. Pets are not allowed on beds, carpeted games room or soft furnishings.**
Guest Access:
The entire property will be all yours, including access to the lock up garag for 2 cars. There are 2 car driveway carspaces provided in front of the garage, for a total of 4 cars to be parked if required.
The Neighborhood:
Seacliff is a quiet coastal suburb of Adelaide just 17km from the CBD. There are plenty of shops and food options nearby, including the Seacliff pub and a great coffee shop just around the corner in walking distance.
Getting Around:
The white sands of Seacliff Beach are just 150m from the house via a private access path off the back of the property.
It is a 25 min drive to the Airport, 15 mins Flinders Hospital and University, and 30 mins drive to Adelaide city. Take advantage of the 2 offstreet driveway car parking spaces. The train station is only 550m away from the house. There is also a bus route approximately 1 KM away.
Other Things to Note:
You will need to be able to navigate stairs inside the property and also to get to beachfront.
Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.
Please note, that while this house has a capacity of 7, we will only accept a maximum of 6 adults in one group and no parties.
Basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, soap & toilet paper. Note: Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.
Firewood must be purchased by guests, and is available from the OTR on Brighton Road.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a single bunk bed on top, however we no longer make up or allow use of the top bunk.
*Please note: The inbuilt coffee machine is no longer operational. It has been replaced with a coffee pod machine and a free standing coffee bean machine instead. The left side extractor fan in the kitchen is currently awaiting repair and is unavailable for use. The right side fan is still operational.
For a secure stay, guests are required to complete our simple verification process. Guests need to provide a government-issued ID, confirm their contact info, and, in some cases, provide a matching credit card. This info is solely for screening purposes and is not stored permanently.
Guests will also be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to our terms, including verification and a background check if needed.

Beautiful house very modern and couldnt ask for a better location staff were very easy to talk to and communicated very quickly and efficiently when needed would definitely stay again
Great location, home was lovely and clean and presented beautifully. Mattress in main bedroom was super hard that was the only downfall, other than that couldn’t fault the property.
We, including our cat, absolutely loved the design of the full width glass doors to both Master Bedroom and Living rooms elevated high on the hill overlooking Seacliff beach watching wind and kite surfers, and the functional kitchen and dining. 10 min to Marion shopping centre. Our lads loved the pool table.
TV reception may need a booster ariel though, as images were pixelated.. but I wasn't there to watch TV.
The house is as excellent as the photos make it seem. House was clean and communication before hand was excellent.
From the top, you don't get access to the garage (as stated in the ad), but you get two car parking spots in front of the garage. You walk down five steps from the driveway to the back courtyard area (the one with the outdoor fireplace). There is a table and Gas BBQ (spare gas provided) out here.
Once inside, there are a few steps (2 or 3) between the back living area and the kitchen / outdoor deck. The outdoor deck has just two sun chairs, no table. This is the deck with the seaview. It then goes down to a fake grass area with two more sun loungers and a table. Just be aware that there is no fence here (if you have little ones) and the drop-off is steep. There is a private path from here down to the beach but its super rocky and steep. Not good for little ones or oldies. We never used it but its easy to head back up the road about three houses and down the zig-zag path (you can google zig-zag path seacliff) for beach access.
The second floor has the four bedrooms. There is only a bath in the main bedrooms bathroom and the other three rooms share a bathroom. One bedroom is attached to the bathroom (so can act like an ensuite) but has a door you can close also to separate it off.
Up to the third level and its the huge playroom. A random assortment of games, beanbags and now a pool table is up here. Also a TV.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. There are breath taking views from all 3 levels, and the property was very well set up. We were travelling with young children and Emily was very accommodating to our needs which was greatly appreciated. We are in Adelaide regularly and really looking forward to staying here again.
It was our first time to Seacliff and we had the most amazing couple of days. House was spotless with everything we needed, beach literally on the door step and the views were incredible. We will definitely be back!

Seacliff beach house
Nice property which has a lot of potential. Quiet area which we enjoyed. Easy acces to beach and a few cafes for breakfast. Sadly the property was not well maintained. Both en suite showers drains blocked so flooded the bathrooms. Electric points to side of bed not working. No shade on the decking to enjoy the view with the afternoon sun. We enjoyed the views frim the property which were stunning and enjoyed the sunsets
An amazing property. Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, all within the southern Adelaide suburbs just minutes away from shops and facilities. We are certainly looking forward, and planning our next holiday to Adelaide and will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Incredible to wake up to the amazing view of the ocean. Lots of cafes just a short walk away. Beautiful space to relax and look at the ocean. Big kitchen with everything you need. We loved the property.
Accommodation was exceptional. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy beach view balcony or outdoor fire area . Needed to stay a bit longer. Very spacious for 4 older blokes on a golf trip. Only one suggestion would be to have a bbq on the deck. Kitchen is fantastic but we didn't want to cook steaks inside due to clean up process.. seacliff is not a bad area but not as good as glenelg and henly beach, but if you have a car they're a very short drive away.

Terrific property, great views and location. Very clean.
The booking process with the Let Smart team was excellent as they provided quick responses to any queations and the check in process was fast and simple. The property is set in a quiet area and was in immaculate condition along with senational ocean views from the front dining and sitting room as well as the upstairs main bedroom, the ocean views are 100% uninterupted. There was more than enough cooking facilities with large eating and dining areas and the place was exceptionally clean. There was about a 2-3 minute walk to the lovely beach that had great ocean boardwalks for a walk. I would highly recomend this property as we will be returning next time in Adelaide
