Relax on the private front deck, explore the pebbled paths of the backyard or take a 1 minute stroll to the beach boardwalk.

Situated 1 street back from the stunning Sellicks Esplanade, peacefully and privately nestled amongst an established garden. Fabulous front deck has access from the open plan living area through bi-fold doors. Fully fenced yard, large lawned area with pebbled pathways leading to a secluded fire pit, nestled amongst the giant fig and olive trees.

Only a short walk to the beach, or pack the car up, drive down the road and onto the Silver Sands beach to spend the day. Quick drive to the historic Victory Hotel and McLaren Vale Wine Region. Willunga Farmers Markets, voted no. 1 in SA are yours to explore every Saturday 8am to 12 noon - only 12 minute drive away.

Clean, comfortable and cosy shack type house. Dog and kid friendly. Walking distance to (steep) beach access - good coffee and fish and chips just down the road. We enjoyed our stay.
