I recently stayed and was impressed at how friendly and welcoming the staff were at the hotel. The only criticism I had was that there was no conditioner in the shower and the gym was pretty small.

Property was nice and clean. Bathrooms were a little dated but clean. We stayed 3 nights and no linen change. Only one real issue and that was that a fresh towel had a giant hard booger stuck in it. Was very gross!!

Renovated and clean. However, I was placed in a room with no balcony on level 1. Last few times, I stayed in rooms where there was balacony. Wold be good if the hotel made it clear if there is no balcony in the first place when I booked or check-in.

Warm welcome on arrival, room was large, comfortable, lovely soft bed, clean. We attended the New Year Eve celebration dinner party. The food, music, wine & staff were all outstanding. We will return to stay and for more dinners throughout the year.

Room and facilities to our needs. We didn’t utilise car park thankfully after watching 2 cars hit others. Disappointed in service of room. Didn't replenish tea, coffee milk. Even had to ask for toilet paper.

Extremely noisy, didn’t get to sleep because of the function going on directly above us, why they wouldn’t have a function room on the bottom floor I don’t know the more you pay for a room the higher you are which means the closer to the noise, go figure, spa filthy, wifi does not work at all

Staff were friendly. Rooms were a little tired/worn and the room type my travelling companion and I both had were 'recently renovated' so that was a little disappointing. Air con was magic (cold and reliable) in the blsitering heat while we were there. Beds comfortable. Pool at hotel, totally feral.

Parking bays a bit squishy to get out of - with Toyota Hilux.
Not fond of shower over bath.

Car parking is a little tight. Most people seem to have bigger cars now and getting out would be quite difficult if we didn’t get a park on the edge which we were lucky enough to get.

-not good parking area is too busy on streets and the car park out back had like 20 ish parks
-there was a dead gecko in room and partner was afraid of it.
-very fancy and pretty tho and the staff were very professional and nice, we got some hot towels which was cool
Friendly, nothing was too hard and my room was extremely comfortable and clean. One tiny concern was the cleaners accidentally left behind some soiled cleaning cloth.
The room was lovely and clean. However quite noisy from traffic and the balcony door wasn’t quite sealed as the wind would move the double curtains when the door was closed.

The recepton staff was nice, the room was tidy the bed was big and nice balcony. My ussue was the breakfast staff when setting the table again reused napkins that were left on a dirty table for the next guest dudnt wipe the table, and reused the spoon for next setup. The staff at the resturant were nice but dudnt know what.port was?
I woyld go back as its cheap and the room are bigger and there a blacony, but the room smelt luke cugarette smoke which was a real turn off
