Nice clean accessible hotel, parking is expensive but that seems to be Adelaide. No extra towels in pool area and washing machine/dryer is difficult to use so that's a minus. Staff are friendly.

Great location. Good value. Try to book parking within the same building if you need it. Otherwise need to use the next door public carpark, which was filthy. Good spot in middle of town. Can walk to everything in city.

super clean, access to train station, convention centre, rundle mall all super easy and close - coffee club is in next building - didn't realise how few coffee places open early in Adelaide (being from Brisbane and Melbourne!!!), service was really friendly, appartment was kitted out really well - didn't miss a thing from home. will stay again for sure.

The reception was stressful, already pre-booked n paid weeks before but had 3 forms to fill out. The elevator set up is horrible,cards never worked,felt trapped . Could use stairs as locked. The view was just awful and the room was tiny. The amenities,pool n spa are tiny and overall uninviting. Couldn't understand the ppl working at the desk. .we had to leave a day early, told staff at 8:45am and they didn't offer a refund for that night not a credit for wen I was to stay next. Wotif couldn't help,as always,oaks is a horrible place.never staying there again

The apartment was good, clean, spacious. Nice view & everything close by. Need to ensure entertainment such as youtube/netflix app actually works on the tv as they didn’t work. Couldn’t even cast from phone to tv. Overall good place.

Property is near city centre, lots of food restaurants and shopping areas which is very convenient and good. What bad is the carparking in building has limited bays and the next door parking provided was very dirty with urine everywhere inside carpark lift and staircase

We stayed for a couple of nights. The first morning we were woken by what I think was somebody removing tiles with a jackhammer directly above us it was 0800 hrs on a sat .. Then on the Sunday morning at 1000 hrs despite paying and requesting a LATE 2pm check out , we received a call that wouldn’t stop ringing asking if “ WE STILL REQUIRED THE LATE CHECKOUT “ . Never have I EVER even heard of this being done … so yeah I was a little disappointed with our total stay . Apart from this the stay was fantastic

We stayed overnight in a 2 bedroom apartment, the room had a number of issues, as soon as we entered the room it smelled like faeces, bathroom door did not lock, the floor in kitchen was sticky and I attempted to clean it with a wet cloth and cut myself on a piece of glass that was on the floor, there appeared to be red wine splatters on the cupboard door in kitchen area, reported to reception staff who were rude and unhelpful just gave me a Band-Aid and got housekeeping to clean the floor. We used the pool and spa and ended up with a rash over our bodies (3 out of 5 of us used the pool and spa and those who didn’t use it didn’t have a rash). I contacted the establishment 2 days prior to arrival and requested a car park and explained we were travelling with a disabled person, was told they had one onsite, upon arrival they told us that we couldn’t use the onsite carpark and would have to use the one a short distance away however this was extremely challenging when having to also cart luggage. Carpark smelt of urine (not the fault of the establishment). We had to wait for a while when checking out as reception were in the side room and didn’t come out. Unfortunately our experience did not meet the expectations of a 4.5 star hotel and for the price of the room for less than 24 hours is in my opinion extremely disappointing

Great hotel, but noisy! There is a bar in the vicinity of this hotel that plays extremely loud music between 10:30pm and 3:30am Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. If you’re a light to moderate sleeper, don’t stay here without bringing your earplugs!!!

Don't even think about staying at this property on a Friday night. When we stayed there there was really loud persistent drumming, amplified, from a nightclub or hotel nearby, that did not stop until 4 am. The police were useless to stop it - I rang them at 2.30 am, and they said they had no power to stop it because that was a matter for the Environmental Protection Authority. And of course there was no-one available from the Environmental Protection Authority at 2.30 in the morning. So the drumming went on, and on, and on.

Some people may not like the car parking options (limited) but this was not a concern for me. Close to everything, North Terrace is a great location. Very clean apartment. Close to so many public transport options. Everything that you need.

Apartment stank of cigarette smoke. We aired it out but smell remained, staff refunded our parking fees which was nice. Car park is disgusting. Rooms in this place need a refurbishment. Nice location and parking is easily accessible. Staff were great.
