The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The motel location is quiet but an easy walk to restaurants in town. The pool was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. While the property is a bit older, everything worked fine and the bed and furnishings were very tidy.

Nice large rooms with lots of beds for a larger family. Surrounding is lovely - nice and tropical with palms etc. Pool clean and lovely for the kids to cool down in and burn some energy.

It’s a good location for visiting wineries. Our room didn’t have any natural light, perhaps it’s good for summer. It’s convenient to have a full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

This is rather an old hotel. My room had a VCR and microwave with turn knobs. Everything was old, and the room smelled. On the plus side, it reminded me of the song "Hotel California" which was still stuck in the early 1970s.

Thanks for your review. Yes they don't build them like this anymore, Large rooms with solid double brick walls to keep the rooms quite and insulated. Brand new smart tv that you can log into your Netflix's or a bonus of going old school video or DVD. Newly upgraded Fast Wi-Fi throughout the property.

We booked Maxwells for lunch and were looking for accommodation close by. It was a great choice, staff at lovely, very clean, room was massive, and walking distance to restaurant and the pub.

As advertised, very basic room. Shower and toilet were below par. The rooms had a toxic chemical smell that was quite unpleasant and did not diminish in time. This made all who stayed here feel uncomfortable and unwell.
