I’m not one to ever leave a negative review but me, nor the 3 other people who stayed at the property with me were impressed.
I stay at hotels often for work and I wouldn’t stay here.
Positives first. Good location for what we needed it for, big apartment, quiet hotel, cute Christmas tree in the lobby.
Negatives (sorry)
Check in was hard? The person was hard to understand and I seemed like an inconvenience because I couldn’t understand a lot of what was happening. Everything just seemed so complicated. He was however friendly enough.
Dirty pillows, reception closes at 5pm, Exhaust fan in bathroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep (no option to turn it off) the bedrooms were so hot with no ventilation or cooling. None of us had a good sleep. The reason for us staying was as we were attending an event across the road, so very convenient for us to be able to walk across the road to our hotel. But mid next year I have another event at the same venue and I’ll be choosing to stay elsewhere even if that means a bit of a walk or catching a Uber.
For $400 a night it seems very steep for the quality of the place.
I would hope this review is taken in the right way as a lot of things seem to be something that could be fixed quite easily (e.g. dirty pillows)
