We checked with all front office personnel that worked the weekend if a maintenance complaint was made from your room but none were recorded. We also have separate laundry facilities on the ground level as a last resort.Please accept my apologies for the experience at check in as well. The staff at the front had no intention of being rude. We are very stringent with our check in time as we have had multiple fraudulent guests attempt to check in with stolen credit cards so us meeting them on arrival becomes a priority.Your suggestions around the staff not being at the desk have been noted and all team members have been advised to refrain from leaving the desk unmanned.
