We really enjoyed our stay at the Majestic, everyone was very accommodating, and the location was excellent for a short trip to the city center. The room had a great bathtub, and we both really enjoyed breakfast the day we had it there. The restaurant was closed for dinner during the time we stayed (this may change in the future so worth checking ahead). Will absolutely stay again the next time we are in the city.

Online I had saw there was a pool, I got there and there wasn’t. Can’t get refunded. I am 30 weeks pregnant and it was the only reason I booked the hotel. Had to pay extra for a porticot to be unfolded in my room… front desk Never answered their phone, I had to call via internet on phone. Boogers and weird poo like stains on sheets and walls, got sick off room service pizza.

It’s in a great location. However the gym is terrible, no sanitiser can’t believe you don’t have that available and no water in a very very small room. The restaurant has also changed. Beds are comfortable and room is clean.

Hotel was nice but reception staff were terrible, need better training. Were told our reservation for tea was cancelled at checkin. Delivered breakfast packs to our room yo then be told they had been delivered to the wrong room and they cane to take back. Very unprofessional treatment.

Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. Only disappointment was the "Roof Garden", I should have done more research, but I was hoping for at least a bar up there or something, especially considering the name of the hotel. Other than that it was a great stay.

The Rooftop Majestic is clean, modern, quiet and safe. The rooms are big and have a bath. Did I say clean? I stay in too many hotels that are not properly clean but the Majestic is always properly clean. I highly recommend it.

I did not like the fact I have previously stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and had to pay for the excessive increase in pricing due to an AFL Port Power game that was played that evening,, I did not attend the game or even watch it on television.., I found customer service to be rude and totally dismissive of my concerns regarding the excessive price for the stay that night., as a regular patron I was not impressed and will re-think where I will stay for future stays in Adelaide.

Rate night away with my partner. I booked a king room for 2, for 1 night with breakfast. Reception staff were rude and disrespectful. My booking showed that I was booked for 2 but they refused to provide a second breakfast as my booking on their system was for 1. I showed them my booking form on Wotif and they wasn’t interested but said I needed to take it up with Wotif. I asked if they could and they refused. Also the breakfast options were very restrictive and gave a very limited choice. This wasn’t clear at the time of booking and I was made to feel like a second class citizen when ordering breakfast because I didn’t have the choices available to other guests. The facade is tired and the room was dated. Not every customer is a corporate bunny and sometimes customer service will make you more friends. Listen and be nice!!
