No majesty in the Majestic. From the dust webs to the vinyl headboard the place is a mess and sort of reminded us Prisoner Cell Block H. Expensive for what you get I've had better cabins ... it would of been nice if they had notified us before arriving they they were throwing a columbian marching band block party it's the only reason that the Gather round party was fuelled til 1:30 am with their 3rd rate loud DJ. The footy was secondary as their band played through the game with some terrible covers played over a PA system borrowed from Port. No INXS thank god. If you have the misfortune to need a hotel room for a night or two like we did I would implore you to find a park bench it will have more ammenities and be as comfortable as the beds.

Never disappointed when I stay here. All facilities are great, room upgrade was a surprise and much appreciated. Staff were very helpful when I had a special request. Will stay here again.

A lovely cosy and comfortable self contained apartment. We loved our stay. Clean and quiet - and the apartment had all that we needed. Friendly staff and secure parking. Great value for money and very centrally located. Highly recommend and we will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. Nice clean apartments & friendly staff. We did have some noisy neighbours who we could hear through the wall at 10.30pm and the key to the car park was very difficult to get to work.

Communication was poor. We ask 3 times on separate occasions to have 2 apartments together and was told that would be fine. It did not happen. When we spoke to them about this they were very dismissive toward us. It is a great place to stay but was disappointed with the communication.

Great place, poor communication
Great place to stay however the communication was poor, spoken with three seperate people on three different occasions for our two rooms to be next door or in the same building. The request was completely ignored with no apology. Pretty disappointed. Facilities and location was great though.

What a find. A free loop bus around Adelaide at the door. A well equiped kitchen for preparing easy meals in house. Friendly reception staff keen to go above and beyond to help. I enjoyed every minute of my stay

It was a very nice stay. I liked the fact that we were staying in a heritage site. The housekeeping and customer service was good. They allowed us early checkin and checkout which always helps =)

Hotel was great. Room was spacious. Had everything you need. Onsite under cover parking was $15. Only cons were our exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud and one electric blanket didn't work.

No heating, hotel room was freezing - Bed configuration wasn’t adhered too - even confirming the we required enough space for three children. Not enough towels. Wasn’t offered to be moved to another room.
