Enjoy entertainment on the large smart TV from the comfort of a generous 4-seat sofa with chaise. The elegant dining table seats 8, making it perfect for gatherings.

Sliding doors lead to a sheltered alfresco area, complete with outdoor dining. This inviting space allows you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors, rain or shine. The large and well-equipped kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the open plan, making meal preparation a delight.

Upstairs, the bedrooms offer serene sanctuaries for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. If you're looking for room to host 8-9 people, for an extra fee we can accommodate you with linen for the sofa bed, which can sleep two people in addition to the listed bedrooms. The sofa bed is located in our spacious living/offcie space below the ground floor. The office space in this area also provides a quiet location to 'work from home' where video conferences could be held.
