With three levels of well-planned space, this modern townhouse creates a comfortable setting for both connection and quiet retreat. The second level forms the heart of the home, where light-filled living and dining zones wrap around an open-plan kitchen, creating a natural flow for cooking, gathering, and unwinding. From here, step onto the covered main balcony for alfresco meals, while a second balcony on the opposite side offers a quiet spot to reset with fresh air and a good book.

The third level is dedicated to rest. The primary bedroom features a super king bed and an ensuite, offering a calm place to switch off at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms sit alongside, one with a queen bed and another with two single beds, with the queen bedroom opening onto its own balcony for a moment of privacy. A dedicated workspace supports work or study, with the main bathroom close by for added ease.

On the first level, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed offers added separation, giving guests their own sense of space, especially those who prefer minimal stairs. A bathroom and laundry on this level make day-to-day living feel effortless, particularly during longer stays.

Across all levels, central heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort, with secure garage parking available for up to two cars.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
