The pool is a little old but can see actions being taken, The enterance is lovely and the staff are very friendly. The room was fabulous we upgraded to the spa room an glad we did, heaps of room to stretch out and enjoy. Breakfast was fab, always heaps of juice and tea or coffee. The panakes lay on a bed of blueberries and topped with strawberries and banana and cream absolutly fantastic and shopping centre across the road.

Excellent location with lake views, pool, gym and great breakfast included. Great value for money. Only con is the property a little bit run down.

Great stay but we travel extensively and this was the only hotel that didnt give complimentry bottle of water! Not a big issue but noticable.

Friendly staff lovely meals in restaurant close to shops just across the road the rooms are over looking a beautiful lake and it’s not far from the beach 5 minutes in car a great stay

Great location. Room was spacious and clean with a lovely view. Beds were verycomfortable. Excellent dining onsite and close to shopping centre. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

I came to recuperate from eye surgery and it was perfect. Quiet, private but able to have fresh air and view of the lakes. The room service was excellent, the food came freshly cooked, hot and with a smile… and was delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location. Short drive to all the things we needed to do. Our stay included breakfast. The staff accommodated my dietary requirements. Food was lovely. Room was clean and tidy, well laid out. Beds were ridiculously comfy. Would definitely stay again.

The view outside the majority of rooms onto the lake, the quiet in the morning before all the rowers row on the lake is simply stunning, and the sunset at night is even better.

It's truly delightful to stay at West Lakes – the convenient accessibility and the comfortable rooms with a water view make our experience so enjoyable. I must commend General Manager Mike; he's a wonderful, kind human being. His exceptional assistance when I was unwell and waiting for an ambulance truly showcases the great service provided.

Very good property and staff. Rooms were excellent. Staff in Neptune bar and at reception were friendly and professional. A large are under refurbishment was the only negative but this did not affect my stay.

Lovely room overlooking the lake. Daily breakfast included which was a plus and good quality. Great location across the road to main shopping Centre and not far to the beach. If I was to complain about something, I would prefer the room to also have a clear curtain as the block out was too dark.

Dated exterior but excellent rooms. Had a room with a view of the lake . Convenient located next to Westfield as well. Breakfast was included and it was ok.

Construction for next few months
One of the hotel restaurants were closed due to renovation. A lot of construstion noise during daytime.

We do currently have renovations happening on the ground floor of the hotel in one of our restaurants and this can result in some intermittent construction noise.This work is done during business hours to try and avoid any disruptions to our guests.We had notified you of this prior to the work commencing and also offered to room move you to another room to make your stay more comfortable.
