This delightful property boasts two bedrooms, one bathroom and an inviting open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that makes you feel at home from the moment you step inside. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washing machine and ceiling fans, you can settle in effortlessly and focus on unwinding.

Entering through the front door, you’re welcomed into the living and dining area, where an L-shaped sofa bed, two armchairs, airconditioner, a coffee table and a sleek entertainment unit with a smart TV create the perfect space for relaxation. Nautical-inspired décor, a rug and a couple of plants add a cosy touch. The dining area features a four-seater table, ideal for enjoying meals or planning your adventures.

Behind you, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the cookware and dining ware you need to whip up a delicious meal. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
