Beyond the secure gated entry, the home welcomes you with a wraparound garden with a shaded pergola and a suspended hammock, creating a serene, resort-like setting. The alfresco dining area and BBQ sit beneath festoon lighting, offering an inviting space for long outdoor meals and relaxed evenings.
Inside, the main living room is defined by high ceilings, plush furnishings arranged around a large TV, and a leafy garden outlook that softens the space. A second living area sits alongside the kitchen and dining table, forming a relaxed, open-plan setting designed for connection, with sliding doors opening directly to the patio. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and quality appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and generous bench space for preparing meals. Heating and cooling throughout ensure the home remains comfortable in every season.
The bedrooms continue the home’s refined, pared-back aesthetic, styled with soft linens and natural tones. The primary bedroom features a king bed and opens directly to the garden, complete with mirrored wardrobes and a private ensuite powder room. A second bedroom offers a queen bed with built-in storage and vanity, while the third bedroom includes two single beds and direct outdoor access. The chic main bathroom offers a full-sized bath, separate glass shower and brushed brass accents, while the laundry room is equipped with both a washer and dryer.
Set apart from the main home, the studio houses a sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed, providing an additional private retreat. The dedicated games room adds a playful contrast, complete with a ping-pong table, darts, TV and beverage fridge.
Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
