Was given a 1 bedroom in the other tower so had to go via 2 separate lifts to gain access to the room. Saturday night pub next door had music until 2am which was disappointing as requested a quiet room. Pool and cafe were good and staff were friendly.

Fire alarm at 2am didn't help. Think from someone cooking... The apartments are shared residents and short term accommodation. Room itself was nice. Tv couldn't figure out if possible to logon to streaming

Really happy with our stay at Avani. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, as was check out. The location was walkable to the cbd and all of the things we had planned, and also easy to get to from the airport. We'll definitely look to stay here again when we return to Adelaide

Very disappointed
Good things were location, facilities within the building and helpfulness of staff. HOWEVER Despite the generous size on paper, much of the space in our 2 bedroom apartment was taken up by the study and the laundry. The bedrooms were cramped. In the ensuite, the door of the bedroom covered most of the entry into the bathroom. In the other bedroom, we couldn't use the drawer space in the wardrobe due to the bedside table being up against the sliding door. The bench space around the vanity basin was too small for toiletries, make-up etc and we had to put many things on the desk in the study. There was a 2 seat lounge despite the room being for 4 people. The microwave didn't work, one of the hairdryers didn't work and we had to call reception for instructions how to get to the sauna and operate the TV remote. No information in the room. The increase in room rate for the weekend (50%) was over the top and not clear at the time we booked unless you read the breakdown of the account. Not value for money. Will look elsewhere for our next visit

Convenient Access and Comfortable Apartment
This hotel/apartment is on the edge of downtown. It's 20 stories tall with several additional buildings behind it. Some units appear to be Air B&,B others by Avanti. A bar & small, very limited cafe adjoin the lobby open 7 AM to 8 PM many nights. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a small patio with table. There were Bosch appliances. A counter microwave, full size oven a d 4 burner gas cook top. There was a moderate size separate Bosch washer and dryer with a real perma press cycle. The bathroom was very nice but counter space was limited but there's a cabinet which could hold lots. My only complaint was that the AC didn't work for both cooling and heating. We like a colder bedroom when we sleep but want it warmer during the day. Apparently because temps were so mild, the building system was off to save evergy. Also the secondary door lock didn't work and the safe had been locked open and not reset. A mini supermarket is right next door.

Lots of amenities but didn’t know they shut at 10. Communication from staff could have been better. Small things like, use your key card before pressing buttons in the lift, specifics about the parking situation, etc. Apartment was beautiful and clean. We had a nice time!

A satisfactory apartment lovely balcony. Transport around the city from here is limited however it was relatively quiet for sleeping. Bathroom had very limited vanity space but bedroom & hallway was good

Enjoyed my stay. Never recieved complementary wine or upgrade Never got housekeeping either for the whole stay even though I selected the option that didn’t say no housekeeping. It seems to default. Foxtel didn’t work.

Wonderful stay
Very spacious and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Coffee machine and oven in the kitchen. Very cosy once we worked out the heating. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. Heated lap pool. Walkable to Adelaide CBD. Easy taxi ride to airport.

The heating does not work very well. It took 4 hrs to heat the room from 16 degrees to 21 degrees. The room was very cold. The TV in living area does not work, we even changed the remote batteries but it still did not work.

The TV in my room didnt work. Tried to call reception but room phone didnt work, so called from my mobile. Waited 45 mins for someone to come to deal with it: no one arrived. Asked to move to a new room as there was something I wanted to watch on TV: in the new room the WiFi didnt work! Eventually started working about an hour later. Very bright lights in living area: either on or off: no way to set lights low. Shortage of power points: a table to work at but no power point in the vicinity to plug in laptop.

Reception staff were extremely accommodating .. they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Excellent property, apartment was very clean and bed comfortable. The café attached to this property was very popular.

Like all VIP hotels once again I did not receive an upgrade. The Expedia loyalty program is a total fraud. Besides that the hotel is fine, bed was quite uncomfortable is the only negative feedback:

Very pleasant stay
Everything worked well. Very comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Good bathroom with thick towels and good water pressure. Kitchen had everything you needed. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall I found Avani a very pleasant place to stay. Close to the Markets and transport and the bus station.Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable City Fringe Stay
Very comfortable stay. The apartment is very modern and spacious. Location is slightly out of town however it makes it quiet and not too busy at night.
