I liked it, it wasn't perfect but it was good, sadly we didn't get the free bottle of wine with the room as promised when booking, and I can't say if we got a room upgrade, but the room was good, aside from the view, which was nothing more than a grey brick wall. The room was immaculately clean, the bathroom well-presented and clean, and the bed was supremely comfortable, I wanted to take that mattress home with me, LOL.
The only pressing issue for us was the air conditioning, no matter what I could not change the temperature, made worse by the fact that there didn't appear to be any windows you could open, so the room was stuffy. Sadly, we were out all day so by the time we got back there was no one to ask, reception runs from 0800 to 2000 hours. We didn't use the Wifi, so I am unsure how good that was. For once we had a room with good coffee, which seems to be such a rare thing these days. I would stay again, in fact, we will probably rebook for the same event next year, but I will ensure we get a room that has windows that can be opened. Staff on reception were friendly and very helpful, the check in process was seamless.
