Wow full oceanfront views from the kitchen window, dining room sliding doors and main bedroom bay window. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy uninterrupted sunset views from the deck. Step straight out the front door to the beach. Modern 3 bedroom apartment, one very comfortable king bed, with a chaise in the bay window for relaxing and reading in the main bedroom with black out curtains. The other 2 bedrooms have very comfortable double beds with day/night roller blinds. Undercover carport for 1 vehicle and open air parking for guests. Wireless internet, smart TV. 6 seater outdoor dining area to watch the sunset on gorgeous Semaphore beach. Coastal walking path at your front door all the way to North Haven or in the opposite direction to Grange and Henley Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, 6 seater indoor dining setting, separate lounge area with large TV and sound bar if the view is not enough. We use quality linen and Sheridan towels, supply beach towels for use, so no need to bring your own. Nespresso coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar and basic amenities of salt, pepper, tomato, BBq sauce and cooking oil. Bathroom offers a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity with room to move. Reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area and fans thru out to keep you cool or warm. Front deck has uninterrupted views with a dining table and chairs. We have games on site for you to enjoy. Blow up paddle board, blow up kayak, life jackets, totem tennis, tennis racquets and balls to head down to Point Malcolm Reserve a short 5 minute walk to have a hit, use their free bbq facilities also. Beach cricket set, bocci, frisbee and kids bucket and spade set all to use whilst staying with us. Do it all or just soak up the view, relax and unwind.
