"While we enjoyed the caretaker the property was not represented upon our booking that it would be in repairs/restoration during our stay. There was garbage and debri from the repairs/renovations all over the backyard which was visible from our room. There was garbage on the front porch and outside our room and an overgrowth of weeds (not native wild, just unattended walkway weeds) which took away from the BnB ambiance. There wasn't a blind in the window in the bathroom just sheer curtains...
