Overall, I had a good stay. The room was clean, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were courteous and responsive. The airport shuttle was convenient, and Wolde was especially helpful with my late-night arrival and luggage. Breakfast was adequate, and overall the hotel provided a comfortable stay.

I like Holiday Hotel much. It's well organized and the rooms are comfortable. Bottles of water and amenities are provided. The employees are extremely helpful. Even when I had to pick up a bag at the airport, an extra shuttle was arranged. Thank you Haile for your kind support! The hotel gave me a room on 7th floor with exciting view on the Epiphany ceremonies on the street. Thank you for giving me this beautiful room.

Although the hotel is listed as non-smoking, there were guests smoking inside. This was very disappointing and created an unhealthy environment, especially for my children. I kindly ask that you take stronger measures to enforce the no-smoking policy to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for families.
