"We are not happy with the service! The first day they change our room, they give us a different room, and the second day they provide us with our room. The room is dirty, the wall is dirty, there is no hot shower or room service, and reception does not answer the phone. I think they are focusing on the money, not the service. "The staff is truly amazing- very helpful and courteous.I enjoyed the variety of breakfast served at the buffet.Loved the pastry at the cafe within the vicinity of the hotel- the TIramisu was my favorite.The traditional huts/ cottages by the swimming pool is a nice place to sit and enjoy some draft beer.The garden past the pool is my little heaven."
