"This was a perfect property for our family gathering. There were so many beds and the kids loved the extras (NASA bunk, look out, bean bag chairs, game tables, etc). The house was well stocked and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The club house and pool were grate and the private beach was very nice. Check out at 10 was hard with a large group but I get it with needing to turn over and clean for the next group. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at this property again!"

"I was confused where to check in but the guys in the pizza shop gave me my keys, lol. The exterior was run down but the interior was neat, clean and spacious and the AC was STRONG! It was a great deal and just what we were looking for."

"This was the funnest house for a big family reunion! We had about 35 people ages 4 mos to 90 yrs old staying and everyone wants to come back again! A couple of very minor issues arose and Mike was very on top of it and quick to respond. The view is AMAZING- probably the best in all of Bear Lake. The decks were so nice to just sit outside. I couldn’t have imagined a better situation. We will for sure be back!"

"Very nice, clean spot. Wish there was a coffee pot and some basic condiments, tea,toiletries, stuff like that but not a deal breaker. Would not mind staying there again. It was close to everything we needed and very quiet. We saw rabbits and deer."

"We had a large gathering of friends/families and this was the perfect property for what we intended to do. Very large kitchen/dining area so we could cook for large groups of people and not feel crowded at all. The living room was large and I really enjoyed that there was no TV. It allowed for everyone to be in the moment and have great conversations. We had kids from 2-13 who had a blast at this house! This home really is for everybody on top of having a beautiful view. It really made for a memorable vacation for everyone involved. "
