Parking included, decent pool, great location. Nice and spacious bedroom, great restaurant. The hotel has potential to be great but the old windows don’t block the outside noises at all, the pillows were very big and hard, the hot water didn’t always work, and our room was set up for 2 and we were 3. Had to call 3 times to get the extra towels (nevermind cutlery and glasses). 2 elevators were not working so there were big lineups to get on the elevator.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience that’s worth noting. First, I want to commend the staff—they were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected a high level of customer service. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a positive guest experience, and that effort did not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet the same standard. Cleanliness was a concern, particularly in the bathroom. The bathtub was visibly worn, and there was mold present in the tile, which is both unappealing and unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. This alone detracted significantly from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the television was outdated and did not function as expected. In an era where basic amenities are often seamless and modern, this felt like a noticeable oversight. In summary, while the staff truly elevated the experience with their professionalism and care, the hotel would benefit greatly from improvements in cleanliness and updated in-room amenities. With some attention to these issues, this property has the potential to match the quality of its excellent team.

Room is quiet and clean. All the staffs are very nice.
